Overview
Built for Fujitsu's industrial operations, this platform creates a unified experience where 2D analytics, ERP data and real-time metrics are directly connected to an interactive 3D metaverse environment. Users transition seamlessly between dashboard panels and virtual representations of industrial systems — clicking a 3D asset surfaces live operational data, while dashboard alerts highlight the corresponding physical location in the 3D world. Implemented with Three.js, React and a Node.js/PostgreSQL backend with real-time WebSocket data.

Challenge
Industrial operations teams were context-switching between disconnected 2D dashboards and physical sites, making it difficult to correlate data anomalies with their physical location and respond quickly to operational events.
Solution
A unified platform where every 3D asset in the metaverse is bound to live operational data — users can navigate the virtual industrial environment and surface analytics inline, or start from a data alert and jump directly to the affected 3D location.
